How to place an order for furniture

Making furniture specifically to your preferences

All furniture presented on the site can be made to order. In order to place an order for the manufacture of furniture you need to contact us in a convenient way for you: by phone, by e-mail. by mail, by filling out the form on the website or through social networks. After that, our experts will discuss with you the details of the order and prepare a contract for the manufacture of furniture.

By making an individual order you have the opportunity to change the size and color of the product, as well as the finish (aging, hand-painted, carved).

To visualize the furniture when ordering, our designer will prepare a sketch for you.

Shipping and Payment

If you purchase furniture from stock at  ordering, a contract is signed and full payment is made. After which the furniture will be delivered within the time specified in the contract. 

If you purchase furniture to order, when drawing up and signing the contract, you pay 50 percent of the advance payment of the amount of the order, the remaining 50 percent is paid on the day of receipt of furniture.

Payment is made in hryvnia at the NBU official exchange rate on the day of settlement, in any way that is convenient for you (cash and non-cash payment).

We deliver all over Ukraine through the company carriers (to the branch and addressed delivery).

Furniture in stock is delivered within 3 days, unless otherwise specified in the contract.

Furniture to order is delivered in the lines specified in the contract.

In case the design of the model involves assembly and parts, our specialists will install the furniture at your home for free. Taking oversized furniture into the house, lifting to the floor is paid by the customer additionally.

Terms of return and exchange of goods

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide you with high-quality custom-made furniture, but we understand that there may be situations where you wish to return a product. Our return policy is designed to make this process as straightforward as possible for you.

Return and Exchange Policy:

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law of Ukraine, a high-quality product can be exchanged or returned within 14 days from the date of purchase, excluding the day of purchase, under the following conditions:

  1. The product must be in unused condition, with its original factory packaging and with preserved labels and stickers.
  2. The product must maintain its original appearance and consumer properties.
  3. The product should not be assembled or installed.

In case of a product defect, it is possible to exchange it for the same product or another one with an additional payment from the buyer. The transportation costs are covered by the store.

If a customer decides to make a return, they need to call the number 094-711-7007, provide the order number, last name, first name, reason for return or exchange, and if necessary, send photos. The managers will process the request within 3 business days.

Not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom-made items or those with configuration changes not available on our website.
  • Items showing signs of assembly, use, damaged or missing original packaging.
  • Items displaying signs of improper use resulting in damage, deformation, or destruction.

We recommend inspecting the item upon receipt. If it shows any signs of damage, it is necessary to refuse acceptance and inform the store manager through a convenient means, attaching photos. In this case, we commit to sending you a replacement.

Refunds for the purchased item will be processed within three banking days from the moment the return request is submitted or upon receiving the item that meets the return conditions.
